Cylinders, valves, air preparation and the fittings that tie them
together. Bring the duty — the load, the stroke, the medium, the
pressure — and we will work back to the bore with you across the
counter. No catalogue roulette, no ordering three to find one that
fits.
No parts match that search. Try a product name, a series, or a category like “valves”.
Why 5M
Counter service, not a parts lottery
01, Sized to the duty
Sized right,first time.
Bring the load, the stroke and the cycle time and we work back to
the bore with you across the counter. Area times pressure is all
the push a cylinder will ever give you, and no regulator setting
invents more. Getting that one number right at the start is the
difference between a machine that runs and three cylinders on a
shelf that nearly fitted.
02, Checked before it leaves
Tested,not just boxed.
Valves and cylinders come off the shelf and onto the bench before
they go in a bag. Leak-down, free travel, a coil that actually
pulls in on the voltage printed on it. A part that fails on your
machine costs you a day; catching it here costs us a minute, and
that trade is the whole point of buying over a counter.
03, On the shelf today
Stock thatactually moves.
The fast-moving lines are held here, not ordered in when you ask.
Cylinders, solenoid valves, air preparation, fittings and tube go
out the same working day. When something genuinely is not on the
shelf we say so on the phone rather than letting you find out on
Thursday.
How it works
Four steps, no guesswork
Step one — the phone call
Step 01
Tell us the duty.
Not the part number off the old one, if you can help it. The load,
the stroke, the medium, the pressure and how often it cycles. A
photograph of what is on the machine now is usually worth more than
a description.
Phone, WhatsApp or the counter
Step two — across the counter
Step 02
We size it with you.
Bore from the force, valve from the flow, tube from the port. If two
options both work we tell you what the cheaper one gives up. If the
honest answer is that you need a different family of part, you get
that answer too.
Sizing, not selling
Step three — on the bench
Step 03
Bench check, then bag.
Valves and cylinders are checked for leak-down and free travel, and
coils are checked on the voltage they are marked for, before
anything is wrapped. Anything that does not pass goes back on the
reject shelf, not into your order.
Before it leaves the shop
Step four — out the door
Step 04
Out the same day.
Ex-stock lines are dispatched the same working day by the courier
you choose. You get the order reference and a phone call to confirm
stock and the final price before anything ships.

We’ll price it.
A BOM, a photograph of the old part, or a note in your own handwriting
— whatever you have. We come back with what is on the shelf, what
it costs and when it can be with you.
